I found this book fascinating and very helpful to my practice as an executive coach. I was qualified in the MBTI in October 2005, and was hungry for more information about how to apply it in a business setting. This book has the most targeted, in-depth information I’ve found yet. It’s immediately applicable. A perfect book for people who want to go deeper with the MBTI.
