I am presently completing a thesis in Authentic Leadership Development at the University of Auckland and have found the Monographs Volume 3 on Authentic Leadership to be very well structured and insightful in moving forward. The authors have succeeded with their objective to “produce original views on authentic leadership development and ground breaking insights for future theory, research, and practice”.
