This is probably an OK book, but the publisher should state what edition it is on the cover. The outside cover is the same for all printings, but the material inside is totally different. I ended up buying a book that was the wrong edition, because the cover does not indicate that there is more than one.

If you are taking a Nursing Leadership and management nursing course. THIS IS NOT ENOUGH to pass the class. You need to get some other resource to pass. 50% of my class failed the exit exam due to the book and our professors not explaining we need to find other resources or providing additional support. Just type in Nursing Leadership & Management in Amazon and you will get some good resources. Kaplan is good Reinhart is good, stay away from Saunders. Use the review as your guide. They work
