If you take leadership seriously and want to capture the essence of the concept, “The Imperfect Leader” will not disappoint. It’s the best, most refreshing book I’ve read on leadership in a long time, and I’m particular about what I read on this subject. It strikes at the heart of what leadership is all about; creating trust, and humility. I’m recommending it to colleagues who may benefit from its wisdom!

The Imperfect Leader is a story about how we can be more effective as a leader when we are fully aligned with our values. Of course, that means our values need to align with those of our business or the company that employs us.
This book succinctly presents the value-based leadership proposition, model, character and culture (behavior) that drive exceptional business results. It informs and reminds the reader to practice transformational leadership.
