    This book has provided me with some great strategies that I have already begun using and reaffirmed, for my sanity, that some of the things I’ve been doing were sound techniques.

    Besides providing great strategies for everyday leadership issues, there were parts that had me laughing and other parts that inspired me.

    I had the pleasure of meeting the author, Mark Hinderliter, at a seminar I attended. I learned many new things about myself and my employees by using the activities recommended in his book (ex 360 feedback). I highly recommend this book to anyone looking to improve their leadership skills.
