Good book but there are to many citations which makes reading the material hard. The author even quotes himself!.. This book has good mateial but could have been written better.

I can’t think of a more influential author in modern leadership theory. This work and the theory that was its genesis is a remarkable convergence of well-reasoned theory and well-designed empirical research.
After this book, you will have a reasonable grasp on the concept of human leadership as it is currently studied in psychology and increasingly in business. It is the perfect companion for anyone using MLQ leadership scale.
