I got this book for class.. It arrived and almost looked brand new. My only complaint was that it took almost 2 wks to arrive. But I’m not sure if it’s the sellers fault or not.

I ordered this book for a class when the college bookstore did not have it in stock. The class was condensed into one month, so every day counted. I ordered it overnight from Amazon, paid for and got confirmation for an overnight delivery.
The next morning, I received an email from Amazon saying they could not make the overnight delivery, and would refund the shipping costs. About an hour later, I received a confirmation email that the book would arrive by messenger service that evening! It did and I got a jump on the class.
Thanks amazon for great service.

This book is great at being geared towards the new principles of leadership communication, in this Information Age. The author does a great job of incorporating how emails, text messages, virtual forms of communication, etc. . . are now entwined with the professional world. This book is an easy read, and a good place to start for any student or professional looking for skills and principles to communicate in today’s educational and professional environments. Whether a Freshman or Graduate student, or a C.E.O. or entry-level worker, this book will improve anyone’s communication skills and understanding of today’s communication needs.

If you want to learn technical writing, speeches, presentations, this is the only book you will need. I still use it as a reference to check my work.
